Thanks, and no pp. That's a whole different thing I need to look at. I have a very old version of Photoshop. I'll have a look at what you mentioned. smile
If you're going to get 'serious' about your photography it's probably worth investing in PS Elements - there are always deals around and you shouldn't have to spend any more than £40/£50 smile
A very old version of PS may need some updates to take full advantage of what the camera can offer.

Did it come with any Nikon supplied software? If so that may also be a useful place to start with Post Processing activity.

Your always saying foreground interest is important in a photo, and I agree entirely.. So I used what I could:

Its nothing special, came across this church whilst out driving at night. Taken with an LX7, I really need to learn how to use this camera to its potential.

Nicely done DD. I wondered why you were out and about (as posted earlier).

Best wishes to you and yours and of course everyone else who visits this remarkable thread.

Here's hoping the 2014 will be a good year for everyone.

Happy new year all, I've not had chance to shoot many landscapes recently, I've moved house, done a load of commercial and pro bono charity work and not much of my own! Looking forward to my highlands trip leaving on the 13th

Looking forward to another year of amazing photos from everyone on here.

Happy new year to all!!

My camera didn't come out much unless it was for work but this year I want to get more shots for me, plenty more landscapes I hope.

I look forward to seeing plenty more amazing shots on here through 2014.

Nice short Chris.

Oh st, everyone to the bunker, UK weather warning. Slightly more rain and somewhat brisker winds rape and pillage sleepy Hertfordshire town.

A few from me taken over the last couple of weeks. The first two are taken at Lyme Regis. The second two at Brixham, and the final one on Dartmoor smile
