I thought I'd try my hand at some night time photography seeing as my local preserved railway were running steam all night over the weekend. Using a tripod also meant I could have a beer in my hand at all times :-)

I like those shots. Really atmospheric. Especially meritworthy as, you suggest, you were half pissed at the time.

Bought an infra-red filter earlier this year and haven't got round to using it until now! A bit of fun but not something I will use a lot I suspect smile
