Thank you, I ran a number of 9 bracketed expsoures, but get the base shutter speed wrong and the moon moved too much!!! In the end I used 6 images from one bracketed sequence, one at 0.5s and the other 5 1/8 -> 1/125. I wanted to retain the moon detail. Then HDR merged in Lightroom.LongQ said:

We might need a PH photography v food forums cooking/photography shoot off.
There are far better cooks on that forum thread than on here, but worse photographers. However i think the cooks can cook and snap better than a photographer can snap and cook. Now there is a challenge.

In the meantime something from the supermarket arranged how I wanted it. So cheeky....
