Random shots on a mix of Leica D'lux 7 (Panasonic Lx100ii) and a Huawei Mate 20 Pro (last 2 snaps I think).

None have been edited iirc.

Nice!, I was briefly in Utah this year but didn't get that far as we had more time in Arizona, Nevada and California. Beautiful part of the world though. also managed to get a nature lesson at 70mph when an antelope ran out in front of us and ended up killing it and writing off a rental car frown poor guy, felt awful about it.

On another note it's good to see the photography section is still active here smile , sold off all my camera stuff years ago and never regained the drive to pursue photography anymore but miss the days of posting here years ago.

Took this whilst trying to get the pesky error message to come up with my faulty Sigma lens. It obviously doesn’t affect the IQ!.

Fantastic day yesterday, with 3 mates and a very moody Dinorwic Quarry, a lot of laughs and some half decent photography, here is my first effort, processed in a cinematic style.

Very nice work David.

Your processing suits the subject matter well.

Awesome shots and really good processing, is Dinorwic free to just walk around these days?

Pretty much, but depends on your risk aversion, a lot of it is very dangerous now with significant rock falls and many of the buildings are unsafe.

Todays storm. It's now impossible to stand unaided (no, not the booze!). I was braced against the car to get this and had to wait for the gusts to stop:

Thats an amazing photo, Steve...

New Years Day hike for sunrise on the Mournes with two hours sleep. Very, very windy and by the time I made it to the summit of Slieve Binnian I was completely exhausted and in no mood to start messing around with tripods and long exposures. So just some hand helds this time...
