I wonder if the look had been enhanced during the period when the gentleman was being extracted from the vehicle? (assuming ha had been extracted from it of course.

That said it would surely have been difficult to exit without somehow trampling in the lady at the bottom of the car. The entire situation seems a little odd, though interesting.
