Quick question, what's the best way to get the batteries warm? Is it really as simple as keeping them in a pocket next to your body or is there a more techy way?
Just don't leave them in the car!
Sounds like bitter experience? hehe That is definitely something I'd do though.

Here's some from my Mini 2.

Pendennis - I saw someone mention problems with a Mini 2 at 0C, this was -3C and it behaved fine.

That was me with the issues with the Mini 2 but i didn't pre warm the batteries.
Just as an aside, make the most of things because we may be in for even more draconian measures beyond the VLOS rule after some berk got caught flying his drone next to a BBMF plane in July and has been prosecuted rolleyes

We have introduced lots of rules and laws.
Some idiot has ignored all those rules and laws.
What we clearly need are..... MORE RULES AND LAWS!

Hardly surprising though with the amount of idiots with drones. Guy in the next block of flats to us has a Mavic 3 drone i think, it's bigger than the mini2 or 3 Pro but i got home the other night and this guy was zipping up and down the street with it, as i got out of the car he had to go up to avoid hitting me and i'm a short arse. This outside a busy row of shops and cafe's.
They will ruin it for everyone.

Couple that I quickly shot in Costa Rica this month on a cycling holiday, raw straight off the SD card.

Rode up and over this road
