Nikon Auto Distortion Control

Is it worth using? It's supposed to correct distortion as it knows the lens you are using and the focal length.

I only shoot jpegs and don't really do lots of PP so if it works, might be worth turning on in the camera.

Just remember to turn it off if you're doing any sports or other rapid-fire photography as it restricts the buffer quite dramatically for some reason.
