I've used Photobucket for years, never really been that impressed and nowadays they just want to sell me stuff, and the website seems slow.

Are there any better alternatives? Most day to day photos are off my iphone so it needs to sync nicely with that.

Cheers

Flickr - nice site, free, plenty of space.

edit:sorry, I'm not sure if it syncs with an iPhone or not.

Photobucket...banghead

I ordered a whimsy of a mouse mat and it took months to arrive.

They kept telling me they couldn't deliver it. I kept telling them I was in Sheffield, England, not Sheffield USA, they kept telling me they couldn't find my address in Sheffield, USA, I kept telling them they were a bunch of monkeys, they kept saying they needed my address, I became rather rude...

You get the picture.

I've also hit the unsubscribe button on their emails. They said they were sorry to see me go.

Now I get even more emails from them.

And, yes, it takes ages to get into their site.

At the moment Google Drive. Think you get unlimited storage with Amazon is you're a Prime subscriber.

I'm using Google Photos, although I'm using the free allowance so there isn't room to do the RAW files. It works well in the sense that pictures taken on my phone are accessible on the PC, and the jpeg versions of camera pictures via the PC are visible on my phone. It syncs automatically. Make sure you choose the 'original' option, otherwise images stay the same resolution but get compressed more.

Amazon does offer a similar scheme but last time I looked it didn't auto-sync, it was more like a backup scheme where you choose stuff.

Most of my processed images are on Flickr. However, I also all my iPhone photos on iCloud and a number of images - my portfolio and some work in progress stuff, on Adbobe's servers to sync with Lightroom.
