It's a home made led stick, cheap strip of led lights, a lump of wood to mount it on and a usb battery pack.

It's taken at Lydney harbour, the bridge is the old M4 bridge (now M48) at Chepstow.

Completely off topic, but it amused me - I heard of a chap whose name was Justin Wales and his nickname was Chepstow (I'll get my coat)
