A typical Sunday drive...not.

A day out with the family car...

..and, unfortunately, the family.

Went up a mountain so some good views, and unusual rock formations.

Saw plenty of flora and fauna...

Like I said, a typical Sunday drive...for Spain

Martin.

Lucky you, you live in a great location. Love the one of the goat high on the rocks, puts the animal in its environmental context well. Also like the vertical of the snake, lovely image.

Following Saturday (seperate thread), our Sunday was a little more restrained. A quick walk on the common gave these two;

1. The first butterfly of spring. Shot handheld so it's a little shaky.

2. Building work in progress. This was shot across the local pond with a 400mm. Hopefully they will be allowed to breed in peace. I'll be back on a regular basis. My 1.7* converter is just begging for an outing on the 300mm to photograph this pair.

The place is called "Parque Natual del Torcal de Antequera", and is about 35 kilometers of the best driving roads ever above Malaga.(Check it out on a map to see all the twisty roads, they're up and down as much as thet are left and right!) It looks like a parsdise for rock climers too, but we didn't see any.
