Here's a TR7 being no good whatsoever at going up (blue) hills.




I was actually trying to find a clip of an X19 getting stuck at Blue Hills, having the winch attached, and the winch basically pulling the whole of the front end off the car.

Happy memories of my late Dad struggling to get one of his vintage bikes up that goat track, many, many years ago.

The photo caption says, "La Triumph TR7 di Tony Pond". I'll leave to others more knowledgeable to argue which of the TR7 V8s were TR8s, or not.

My brother had a tr8 and tr7 the 8 was from the states think it was black nice cars but always breaking down.
