Love this! You use convertor on this for that lens?

No converter used. The 5DSR has 50m pixels, cropping into the image still maintains a good level of detail. Would be interesting to see if a 2x converter would be much better.

Taken in my garden at the weekend looking at the clear skys above Heathrow and Gatwick, this busiest airspace in the world (by some measure). Such a luxury to be able to take star trails without plane lights cutting across!

Not that it really matters. But didn't they have 2 entries and never confirmed which they wanted?

Just seems a little rigged, rule breakers take the win. Just saying....

Probably you shouldn't post rules up if you aren't going to stick to them.

Not a biggy, I know this is only for fun. But does make a bit of a mockery of it all.

No, it's not rigged at all

I made a mistake by letting Rob add a second image and not sticking to the stated rules.

Apologies.

Anyway, let's move on to May.

I have no problem with that but I don't understand why PH people love over saturated photos looking like someones acid nightmare!
The old masters didn't need to resort to that to create a great picture.
