I've just returned from Skye and something I'd never done is walk 'up into the clouds', but I ended up doing this every day due to the weather there. After being a little bit worried about what it would be like, it was actually remarkably serene (especially being alone) and this photo reminded me of that.

I know what you mean, there is a strange peacefulness to being surrounded by clouds. When you pop out above them is something else again too.

I never experienced 'popping out' sadly, just more and more cloud!
