The base of Death Valley has enormous sand dunes the largest of which is one mile high,,,
Mrs T enjoyed some tanning moments:

Mrs T visited the lowest point in North America...282 feet below sea level, and sat out on the large salt flats at Death Valley:

Very little now....a side trip through AZ in next two days - Sedona and some off roading in the cactus, then flight back to Canada Dec 31, and expect she will be on her way to Steve2 on Jan 2. Not a difficult guestsmile....she has developed an affinity for old trucks though

Back in Arizona the landscape was a lot different:

Mrs T liked old trucks...

But she liked the oldest car in the garage best...the 15 year old SL which had had an a easy life...only 26,000 miles...

It was time to wave goodbye:

Next morning would be the trek to the Airport and the Canadian winter for two days, and then her next adventure would begin as she headed off to meet Steve 2

It was Mrs T's last day on Canada:

She waved goodbye to the dog, and outside found that winter had finally come...she was happy to avoid that one!!!

Bon Voyage Mrs T!!

I fear after that trip Mrs T may feel a bit underwhelmed by the good old Emerald Isle!

I was always worried about losing her and keep her pretty much zipped up in a jacket except for pics... did not want the Great Dane to eat her

Mrs Ted is safely back in Kent and I will post pictures etc in the next few days, my wife was paranoid about me losing her so she was not allowed to go on the rides up the Stratosphere in Vegas although what possessed me to go on them I will never know, never again
We flew 11,200 miles between LHR, NY, VEGAS and Gatwick.

We took Mrs Ted to New York for 3 days and then onto Vegas but I was so worried about losing her that we only took a few shots and my wife would not let me take her near water or where there was a chance that I would drop her from a great height.
My photography skills are nothing like Ronan’s but she got to see some sights.

Looking at New York from the World Trade Centre.
