used flash and the 100-400 plus I upsized the image to get this crop. 1/400s, f7.1 iso 400 flash manual exposure

What is the fuzzy line running the length of the pole where the Robin is sitting?

That's a great picture of your washing line mate...shame that pesky Robin got in a spoiled the shot.

Nice! A different angle to the norm, although the pole is a tad distracting.

i think its actually a small selection/masking error from when the levels on the bird were brought up differently from the background

looks like shadow. not much was done to the pic took it in jpeg too

fair enough. just looke d abit like it the way the shadow fades out towards the right.
