^^ Like that one! Is there more in the frame that you could recrop and straighten the perspective?
What do you mean ? That is the full width, with just more grass and more hedge above and below.Edited by andy-xr on Sunday 8th July 18:11
I spent a age getting the top of the wall straight, the bottom isn't, thought best leave the top bit as that seems the defining line.

Cheers bud, will have a google and find out how to do that.
I just looked in CS5, Filter/Lens Correction/Custom/Horizontal Perspective. Might be worth a go?In other news, I've been working on this one for a while, but cant seem to find happiness with it. Too many little niggles, but called it a day on it now

The only niggles I can see is the skin folding in the top right. And that's being pretty critical to say that ruins the shot! I really like it.In other news, I've been working on this one for a while, but cant seem to find happiness with it. Too many little niggles, but called it a day on it now

C&C Welcome.
I like! Processing good, lighting good (watch out for the light on the right with the shadows though, could be turned down), composition goodexpression...I'd have preferred eye contact. Some people making a living off Indirect though
I have a range of shots some with eye contact some not, will hopefully get a couple more processed tonight.

Thanks for the feedback Is it worth editing out the shadow on her face from the hair you think then?
In an ideal world probably would have lit her using a main light from the left and had a fill light on axis to the camera (behind me). Your lighting looks like 2 lights of equal brightness at either side? I guess you can always edit it downandy-xr said:

Yeah, well was using mates studio stuff, I was too short to adjust anything and we were pushed for space (my back was at the wall) Done some other shots with lower light on so hopefully less shadows. But thanks for the tips ^cool

If you get stuck like that again, I've bounced a flash into a white sheet or a wall to create fill shooting in tight spaces, i.e. have the flash pointed at the wall and facing away from everyone. It's always a challenge, thats what makes it fun! Good luck on the next one
Thanks, yeah practise practise practise I think is the key for me here. couple more from same session

Nice pic, model looks like a Marilyn Monroe and Angelina Jolie cross. Clicked on the link to your Flickr as well, that was a mistake....far too many "nice" pictures on there, it was very distracting I think I can happily pass that on to yours over mine!!
But here's one from my shoot last month. A bit less Bert Stern, this was just retouch practice
