yes I know - that's what I mean.

To be honest the shots were taken to advertise the car frown - not with this thread in mind smile

But thanks for the other kind comments, because I really have never tried to photo it at all properly. This was an experimentation to see if I could light it and shoot it half well technically as much as anything else. The other issue I always have is what a D2X (and my processing)seems to do to blue (and purples). The crystal topaz has always got the better of me you see!

Corr that Trev really is gorgeous and you have perfect lighting too. Only critique is composition (if OK?) crop it so you JUST exclude the rear wheel & arch, unless you have the full car pic? smile

biggrin It's a quick composite bodge of Beano500's car in a stock background, I loved the lighting, but didn't like the fencing in his original shot! (top of the page)smile

Question for clarification, does it have to be our current steed, or can it be a past steed as long as owned and photogprahed by us during ownership

Blimey - give that man a cookie!

How d'ya know that (and so quick!)?

Spot on - lane/towpath opposite "Coy Carp". Spur of teh moment, while out scouting for local good shooting spots. Where else should I be trying? I've lived in the area for 7 years and don't know any good spots!!!

^ Yes, I think it's a great little car, though I'm biased, and nice photo...
