I just went to take a photo of the sunset and got photobombed. Then we enjoyed the view together for a while

I've not picked the camera up much in the past few months, but went out a couple of mornings recently.

The first three of these were quite badly underexposed out of the camera (user error, obvs) and the work to get much detail out of the shadows hasn't done alot for overall image quality, but they're OK if you don't look too closely!

Canada Goose

Cormorant

Sparrow Hawk Kestrel (thanks Dogsey)

Red Kite

Is that the one who lost it's mate? Will hopefully meet 'someone new' in the spring.

I think it’s him as he’s so friendly and will feed from my hand. He has a new lady. She was just a few yards up river from him smile
