I've seen some great photoshopping on here in the past but am completely clueless with it myself and wondered if anyone would be prepared to help out...

I have a great photo of my rally car which I'd like to enlarge and give to one of my sponsors as it shows off her company logo nicely (and is quite dramatic smile)

Unfortunately the photo was taken before the car had its personalised plate fitted and as it is a head on shot it would be great if someone could change the plate to what it now reads. If anyone can help please let me know. Thanks.

Big Al.

I could do it, but I'm sure there'll be some pro who will do a better job than me. I specialise more in the piss-take type 'shopping wink

Enlarging will ruin the quality. This is something I tell the ladies.

Have you tried asking the person who took the shot?

I would guess that they could well have a full resolution version of the image and that you may have a lower resolution version since they are much more convenient for sharing purposes. A higher resolution is a much better starting point for a large print, with or without the personalised plate.

If you have a shot of the personalised plate taken from roughly the same angle as the final image then it will only take a few mins to sort it out.

If you post the images here then you will get what you need doing pretty quickly if you don't mind a few people having some fun with the image also. smile

If you want a large print and a best quality result the answer has to be yes.

Very good laugh

The number plate I'd like it changed to is M3 21PPY which is the personalised plate I've just had placed on it. Unfortunately I don't have the car or plates with me as both are based in South Wales! I will ask Miss Notax if she can post the link to enable someone to have a go at changing it. Thanks again smile

Thanks to those of you who have PM'd me. Strangely I haven't received any e-mails though? I'm receiving loads of other e-mails so maybe there is some issue with a spam filter? I'll try and send a PM to JSS911 and see what happens...

The lion's pit seems rather quiet? I look forward to seeing the results smile
