Apologies if anyone has covered this recently but,if so,I missed it. Several recent postings have suggested that members have been looking for parts which are still available off the shelf.

Long standing members will be well aware of the sad saga of the demise of TVRcarparts. Many of the assets were however acquired, in March 2012, by long standing TVR dealers and enthusiasts;

In addition, Neil Perry (who handled the spares side of the former company), set up in business on his own and now runs ML Performance Parts in Taunton. Neil will be a familiar name (and friendly voice!) to many established S owners. Neil can supply many S parts and his knowledge is invaluable. He can be contacted via:
www.mlperformanceparts.co.uk

Perhaps you would like to add this to your contact information.
Perhaps someone who knows how to do these things will modify the Useful Links Wiki accordingly?

I'm trying to source a braided clutch hose as above and I've been calling ML each day this week and sent emails but not been able to get any response.

Does anyone know if they're still in business?

For anyone who is not aware, this stock was subsequently moved on to TVR-parts

.... and David Gerald TVR became DG Sportscars who are also Classic World Racing

...... and no answer for me either at ML ?

You can order custom-length hoses from HEL's website. They're about £35, and come with a variety of different end fittings.

Neil was extremely helpful when I was refurbishing my S.
He supplied the majority of my parts and always took the time to listen and offer good sound advice.

I for one would recommend ML Performance Parts.

Neil was extremely helpful during my refurb as well, he sourced lots of difficult to find bits for me. Top guy and knows his TVRs! However, last time I spoke to him he'd had to get another job as the ML Performance income wasn't bringing in enough for him. We were speaking more in the evenings and outside of office hours. He did say he intended to keep the business going though but may just be busy at his other work.

I'd say it was July last time I spoke to him
