Bad Idle on a V8S

Some of you may remember me asking for help to fix my idle problem. It would hunt between 1000 and 600 rpm when hot and the ECU had a fault code of 48. Well I finally gave in and took it to Fernhurst and they fixed it in a couple of hours. The problem was the amplifier on the side of the distributor. It was breaking down when hot. Given that Raven failed to find the problem I am very impressed with Fernhurst and they will be getting my business in future.
