Good to see a S win the Photo competition in Sprint. Looked like you were enjoying yourself aswell
Just though I'd mention that there'll be a few of us coming to the Hethel track day on the 17th Aug and wondered whether you were around as we are in your neck of the woods ??

It's very good of you to think of me Mark. Funnily enough I checked out bookatrack only last night and noticed the Hethel event and your car on the list. Have you done a track day there before? I have sprinted there and in fact am sprinting there on Sun Aug 4th. It is an excellent sprinting venue but I was wondering whether a track day might be frustrating there due to over-crowding and lack of overtaking spots?

I haven't done one at Hethel and don't know the circuit. With discussions I've had with other people they have not mentioned having any problems with over crowding and judging by the number booked I hope it won't be a problem.
It'll be a case of suck it and see !

Yes, it was taken at Goodwood last year. It was actually sent in to go with an article I wrote for Sprint about the TVRCC Speed Champ Hethel event last year, but it was at the time of the magazine upgrade and I think the editor was trying to get away from a regimented formula and the article was binned. Maybe Tony recently found it again, felt a twinge of guilt and made it photo of the month
Whatever your reason Tony ... it was a nice surprise,

Does this mean therefor (contraversially) that Tony is slecting photo's he likes out of his archive's as well as the ones sent in every month ??
If you didn't send it in recently it hardly seems worthwhile bothering to send in a photo for the competition if your up against the entire of Tony's archive !
