Beware - yes they are the right balljoints but some aftermarket ones don't have as much movement range as required on the TVR and there have been cases of them breaking as a result.
TVR as far as I'm aware used joints made by Lemforder but it's a whole world of pain to get your local parts shop to order them from a specific manufacturer - they just think you have a screw loose and order the cheapest they can find from any manufacturer (You know how I know this)

Several thousand miles on all manner of roads with "First Line" components and no issues.
From the various Forums I've read over the years I think the concerns about articulation angles and so on seem to occur on Chimaera/griffith, maybe their different/longer wishbones require more movement in the joints?
Anyone had an issue or failure on an S ?

Hi Alan,
Re: Top ball joints, the early QH ones are a straight swap if you can get new old stock items, but the new pattern Q&H ones need a little bit of grinding to get full range of camber adjustment. Nothing too difficult for a man of your caliber!
I also filed a small taper on the inner sides of the top wishbone to get a better seating.
I thought the swivel angle problems occurred with some brands of bottom balljoints. Could somebody please clarify this? Chris? ( for Fiat 124 or Lada Riva )
If you've got Lemforder joints you should have no problems Alan.
