I have one and it's generally located at the back of the garage
I take a can of tyre weld with me which at least gives me some luggage space .....
However, when it is in the car it is in the boot on left hand side ( when looking from rear). I think there was a a strap a long time ago. The wheel has a cover made of same material as jack cover (some sort of vinyl)
Cheers

I'm also after a spare wheel for my S2, cover wheel and car jack.
Can't find the ad now on the PH classifieds but there was one of the TVR Specialists advertising recently that they had several "spare" space savers (Chimaera but that's the same as an S).Covers can be made to order
No idea what the original jack looked like but suitable replacements can be found on Ebay, at car boot sales (should that be car jack sales?). scrap yards etc.

James Agger had quite a few when I sold my S , that's five + years ago now but he's worth a shout.

That's the one! Its all very well carrying the space saver, but in the unlikly event of having to use it, what the heck do you do with the full size wheel you took off. Foot pump and tyre seal for me, and I've never used that either. I can only remember 1 roadside wheel change in 43 years of driving.

On one of the Eurotours a guy got a puncture, tried the "aerosol can" stuff, useless.Put the spacesaver on (rear) and the flat full size wheel fitted in the boot, with roof panels. It was a tight fit, in fact I don't think it would have fitted had it not been squashed flat in one place from the weight of the car being on it.
Didn't hold out a lot of hope of finding anywhere open on a Sunday afternoon in rural France but after a few miles hit lucky found some guys tinkering with some motorbikes and they fixed it with something like this.
Won't get into the "are they legal/safe" argument but as a "get out of trouble" maybe worth carrying (plus a pump)

Used (the above) to fix a puncture in the treads of a friends Proxes on a track day a couple of weeks ago.Won't get into the "are they legal/safe" argument but as a "get out of trouble" maybe worth carrying (plus a pump)
Found the car sat on its rims after lunch it having collected a nail or similar.
fixed it and pumped up, we spent the rest of the day trying to break it.
He did comment that is the best advert for a product you could have.
And for about a fiver why not carry it just in case?
