Any ideas if it isn't a 15.2 ohm what it actually is ??

I think it could be ohmless and needs a bed for the night...

The resistor code can be a little confusing so it could be 1.5 ohms or 152 ohms or something else...

I get accused of being from another planet????

the resistor in question is for a temp sensor not the lights.

PS Been visiting the Planet Adrenaline (Silverstone track evening in the Griff...)

His Griff was only just put back together late last night (I heard the story from Mark) so he only just got to the track day - and he's prob in silly mode after being tivless for a while.

Boy do I know that feeling - only just come in and I think I'm going out to waste some more petrol

Cheers,
John.

So nearly back on thread, Lee, Steve, Where is the instrument lights dimmer resistor?

Yes I know, I either have stealth mode (off) or Head Up Display, (it's an S1)! When the dim setting failed
I had a quick look from the side, but it's cramped and dark in there! I guessed it is not on the switch as the wiring diagram shows wires/colours (and it may have to dissipate a watt or so) and lomb (sp) is all wrapped up in black insulating tape, making it difficult to trace. TIA

About right. I won't say I had some fun but I've got bruises on my shoulders from the full harness belts despite a three layer nomex suit. And I was short shifting to be kind to the engine... I had forgotten how fast Silverstone is and how much the car is switched from side to side.
