So that valve must shut off any air supply to the manifold then? If so, then back to my question about how taking the vacuum off a single inlet can cause an air intake imbalance.Given that it is a 1700cc, another question is, will the vacuum from 425cc be sufficient?
Not an appropriate place but I have a pump up cooling system pressure tester that I had shipped from the states that has a radiator cap type arrangement that goes on top of the swirl pot - I'm going to be having a garage clearout soon so watch the classifieds. It is a very good quality bit of kit I used it to find a number of small leaks on my V8S after the rebuild.
