Anyone going to Chateau Impney next weekend. If the weather is good I may be tempted to go on the Saturday.

Only a week late for my reply... yes, went on Sunday.
This event is very good, but doesn't seem to get much coverage outside the Midlands.
I have been for all of the revived events (last three years).
Great access to the padock, and most of the drivers are happy to chat.
Free grandstands are a bonus.
Learnt that the cyclocars have a fixed rear axle (no diff) and are specially narrow to minimise the problem. Also that certain cars are designed for a specific hill - with optimised gear ratios. Take it to a different hill and its performance may vary.

Good atmosphere - would recommend it to anyone.

Gutted I couldn't make it as I haven't made it yet.

I grew up nearby in Hartlebury and my Dad remembers going to sprints there when he was younger. A must-do for us in 2018.

1st time this year and I thought it was a fantastic event. Absolutely no crowds, it had the feel of a village fete for Petrolheads. Lovely atmosphere.
