Diff Oil Capacity?

I've just fitted a old stock new diff and am unsure of its oil capacity - Steve Heath recommends 1.4l - Haynes Sierra V6 states 0.9l and Ford Granada 7.5" crownwheel is again 1.3l. Can anyone decipher the part tag or is it a simple case of filling it up level until it runs out?

The top line says it's 7.5" open 3.64:1 from a Granada with bolt on shafts.
The bottom line I believe says it was made on 08/10/1992 (2K08, the bit on the left is where and I have no idea what the bit on the right is)

The oil fill level is to the bottom of the hole, no idea how much that is though. The smaller capacity for the sierra is probably for a 7"?
