Any suggestions as to where I might get a nice shiny bracket to replace this crappy one?

Are you criticising that high quality TVR 'designed' bracket! Now you come to mention it 'crappy' isnt a bad description. I have been meaning to conjour one in stainless myself but not got round to it. Incidentally you may find the original* Ford design of interest as it fundamentally stronger

  • at least I thought it was! Depends which car the Cologne K Jet came from. That pic appears to be Capri, the Sierra V6 has the cable running from the front, and my old Haynes Sierra manual confirms this. Looks like Ford used a pretty 'crappy' bracket too!!

This'll bump the bill up a bit, but must be one of the best things I ever bought. Makes drilling stainless easy smile..... pillar drill
