Quite a few of the S Club are heading through France at the moment on the way to the Historic Monaco GP. Some will be going straight home, others are continuing to the Spa Classic via the Alps and Black Forest.

Here's a photo from yesterday...

Over the last couple of days I haven't seen many S's in their natural environment of ripping up the tarmac on fantastic twisty roads. However I'm wondering if one of the S Club Gentemans Touring Section members is travelling with us undercover, very deep undercover...

Sorry guys, not got many S related photos or tales so far because I'm travelling in a Boxster (a Boxster S of course!) and there is a big mixture of cars on this tour.

I did get a couple of photos of Andrew's S during a cracking run over the Vosges yesterday.

It's the wonderful B500 through Germany's Black Forest today. I'll upload some more photos at the hotel tonight wink

As soon as I posted that photo I knew someone would comment about the roof.

Glen, you have to believe me that Andrew has been setting a fine example when it comes to open top driving but that day was particularly wet. It had rained heavily on our way up the climb and it was still raining a bit when that photo was taken. Lids were removed at the summit and for the descent wink

No need for excuses, Longers, I know it has been a tad moust in parts of Europeland.
I was thinking about posting a pic of me topless here in sunny Blighty, but then I thought it would only put you off your breakfasts!

Just slapping on the Factor 50 before setting off for a final recce of the "Thrills in the Hills" route prior to our run on the 26th May.
Should be a nice day. smile

Have fun at Spa you lucky peeps driving

Don't worry Glen, it's been uninterrupted sunshine today.

Here is some British Beef in a Pork(er) sandwich...

Andrew let me have a drive in his S today. He's now looking for some firmer springs to improve the cornering... yikes
