Thinking of leaving at 7, which will get us there by 10.30.

Hopefully time for a brew before departing to Ross-on-Wye.

Saturday? Barry could have an hour lie-in & we could go and have a look at the Vulcan:

Two of the very keen preservation team were at the Avro Air Fair at Woodford today, I told them we were calling in at Wellesbourne for breakfast. They told us to look in on them if we have time smile

I have just phoned the Touchdown Cafe and informed them that we will be there in force on Saturday for breakfast ( at least 15 hungry TVR crew ) so they can make sure there's enough bacon to cater for our special diets. lickyum

We're staying in a hotel near Redditch Friday evening, and breakfast is included (only just seen this post). Would be good to meet up at the cafe after, and then on to Ross-On-Wye though..

It's the Travellers Rest on the Ledbury Road but If you've not received the files and the "pimp" Chris I think you'd be best emailing Longers directly @ Fasttrack Tours

With the lunch time meet up at Ross only an hour and a bit away I can't see us rushing off?
A little longer from Wellesbourne than from Redditch! 13.30 latest meet up and about 2.5 hours to get there. Wouldn’t want to keep Longers waiting.

After a hearty breakfast I shan't be wanting to get there in time for lunch. Its not actually as far as Ross, only at the end of the M50. This route is 60 miles, Routeplanner says one hour 20 minutes. Add a bit on for good measure and two hours should be ample?

When I'm late and holding everyone up (or more likely they've gone without me) you can say "told you so" biggrin

Mike. I stand corrected. Must have had an aberration about the destination, or maybe, I was thinking of a couple of GTS comfort and coffee breaks along the route.

Ross, only at the end of the M50.

No speed cameras on the M50 either just loads of idiots who hog the outside lane doing under 70 on a 2 lane motorway, the same idiots who stay in the 3rd lane of the now 4 lane M5 mad

Unfortunately I'm flying solo for this one as Lucia has a trapped sciatic nerve that is not conducive to sitting in a car for hours / days, as was established on the Isle of Man tour last w/e frown

She will be with us in spirit.
