Windscreens

Today Autoglass told me that they will not fit TVR windscreens as they may cut the leather and damage the GRP and that I need to get it done at a dealer. Is this a load trollop? ay bright ideas on this one?

I spoke to the TVR Centre about this a couple of years ago, and they told me that firms such as Autoglass, National Windscreens etc fit new screens for them, since they are the experts in this area!

Nope as detailed in the S bible, this has happened. I would be very very careful!

Get a guy who knows what they are doing and all is well. Get one that doesn't and you can end up with a slashed interior!

I have been on holiday recently, (Isles of Scilly) and it was fantastic!!!
You and Lee are more than welcome to come and have a look at the car, I'm just about to start to remove the body from the chassis, (within the next couple of weeks or so) however the car is at the workshop in Dartford if you don't mind travelling into bandit country!

I am seriously considering a way of one day moving there, maybe when I retire!!!
Regarding the help removing the body, the help from both you and Paul is gratefully accepted! I will be starting to unbolt it this Saturday!
