The wheels are in progress smile

Going to be a run of 9 to start with, with hopefully more to follow. Work should start later this week/early next week.

For the price you can do these for guess you're not making "from scratch" ?

Buying in something like this and modifying to suit TVR?

Being a cheapskate (and yours weren't available back then) I did mine with one of these, bit more of a "flaff" but guess end result is similar scratchchin

Just tried to email you, but it says you don't 'permit' them hehe

For anyone else on the list, I'm just sending out the initial emails. I'll be able to satisfy all the orders on that list for now. Production is starting this afternoon.

Thanks

It would fit, yes. I think all the slots are already reserved, but will touch base after a quick stock check and see if we have any left. We'll do another batch before long anyway.

Best thing is for anyone who wants to be added to the list to either email me directly, or add their name to the Wiki:

Hi Rich,
Quickshifter arrived today ...do you think you could get any more tape on the package !!!
Seriously though, I will hopefully fit this tomorrow with the new saddle .... looking forward to seeing the result
Nicely made and worth the money judging by other people's results.
Thanks for this Rich.
Cheers mate.

I'll take a little stick for my over-packaging rather than people receiving damaged items.

Well ...quickshifter and new saddle now fitted ....wow , what a difference. Gearchanger is SO much more precise with an excellent " solid feel "on selection . Reverse selection is superb now .
Definitely the best mod I've done on the car .
The only issue was the old selector was fitted with large torx headed screws which had been put in by King Kong .
One was damaged by the time I got them out so I replaced the aft bolt with a standard hex head bolt which means it can easily put in and removed with a snap on 13mm wobbly socket so no fibreglass needs cutting or holes made.
Anyway it's an easy job , 2 hours in total including the bother with the stuck bolt .
Fantastic job Rich thanks very much ....if anyone is thinking of converting to one of these....do it ....it's worth it .

Paul, Just about to do mine with new saddle also. Is it difficult to remove the old saddle? Probably worrying unnecessarily. smile
