Got any pictures ?

I considered using the st220 inlet but have retained the Jaguar one for now.

Are you FBW or traditional throttle body?

Thanks D
ST200 TB with cable.
Used the ST200 upper inlet as it's the lowest one available for bonnet clearance.
Struggling to find a pic under 2MB,will try and resize

I cant seem to upload either perhaps we should move to facebook where images work.

I’ve struggled to get the throttle right on mine so am looking to powers for FBW TB fitment and a remap in the new year. I’m also swapping to EWP and getting that mapped too.

Cheers

Resized one and added above.
What management are you running?
I'm using a Mondeo wasted spark coilpack on mine rather than COP

Yahoo....... it fires up and runs.

Car at Jools place.

It wouldn't work because I had too small a fuse in the injector ancdo coil circuit. Replaced with next size up. Sounds nice too.
Nice one!
Really are a good engine for the money.
Power delivery on mine is super smooth, from the Start of throttle travel you can feel the power and it maintains it really smoothly all the way to the rev limiter.
Dont get any big jumps in torque,or power dropping off in higher revs.

The VVT as standard comes on at 5200rpm and stays on until the rev limiter, this reduces the peak power!
Hence why mine now goes off at 5800rpm. TB has been bored out,
open air filter, tubular exhaust manifolds,no cats and an EWP all add up to extra power from the engine, combined with no aircon pump or PAS pump.
Without any VVT in use it made 264bhp,we then experimented with VVT on and off points to get it where it is now.
Hi Cos
what is your TB bored out to? mine is a 75mm Alpha unit

Mine also runs an electric water pump with a TinyCWP controller.

Nice, but worryingly similar to the thingamygig that pops out of the egg in Alien. Would give me the willies every time I opened the bonnet !!!

I borrowed a set of Alpha inlet pipes and could not get them to fit. (they are a bit small on the diameter mind you)

I do think my inlet may compromise power a little with the different tract lengths, hoping to sort that eventually

when Emerald update the ecu to run 2 lambdas, I have already installed bosses in each manifold.

Merry Christmas to every one

The S has been on the rolling road and the headline figure 265 bhp, but with some minor issues. VVT not working giving a dip in torque curve in mid range. But overall I'm satisfied. driving

Brilliant job Mick clap How much extra do you think you'll get once you solve the VVT issue? What's the torque curve look like?

Mine did 264bhp without any VVT,then once we had fiddled with the VVT on and off points, on at 1800rpm off at 5800rpm,it did 286bhp with the power still rising at the 7100rpm limiter
