Alternator drive belt adjustment designed and made. Cleaned and painted after the photo was taken. the pulley wheel is on a slotted bracket behind, this gives the necessary adjustment. I then measured the string and looked up what vehicles had that length of belt - 1020mm and a Punto .

Hi Penny yes the cables go to anchored cable ties within 100mm directly under the opening and again every 150mm towards the dashboard. These have not yet been tightened.Edited by Penelope Stopit on Thursday 27th June 12:33
