Just thought i'd share some pics before tear down and after chassis paint. slow re-assembly now with new powder-coated suspension and soon to be blasted aluminium top end. Starting to get expensive eek buying bushes, bolts, ball jpoints, new studs, bearings etc. When i started i thought i could clean everything and put it back but oh no...............

No. i took the heads off to inspect cylinders Because of tapping noises and feared slipped liners but they are sound then one thing led to another. Heads also looks good but I did discover holes in the manifolds hopefully thats the cause.
