Repairing outriggers

Just after a bit of advice. It would seem that the outriggers on both side of my old S have become very rotten toward the back, under the sill.

Is there an easy way of replacing this tubing without removing the entire body ?? you can't get enough clearance to weld all the way round as it is.

How difficult is it to remove the body anyway ??

Any tricks/suggestions would be most helpful.

I think Tower View can replace them. They unbolt the body and raise it by a couple of inches to allow access to the welder. Probably not cheap though.
