badge is 51mm diameter!
This one is flat on the face, 65mm overall x 1mm thick, shoulder 59.8mm x 4 mm deep.

I’ll try doing one with a 51mm recess in the face so your badge sits perfectly central, not sure how that will come out, but I’ll give it a go. Can always tweak the dims once you’ve tried them if required. You may want to give them a light sand and spray over.

Private message me the address and I’ll bob them in the post tomorrow.

Why not treat your new wheel and centre cap to a nice new badge? Plenty of sizes to choose from HEREthumbup

Got the address. Two versions, just reprinting the recessed one again, in post later.

Package arrived Lee. I'll take a wander to the garage at the weekend and see if it fits.
Let me know your costs and I'll reimburse you.

Many thanks

No cost, glad to help. Let me know if any tweaks are required. Now the models done it’s a 2 minute job to adjust any dim.

This is the non recessed one. Recess probably needs to be 51mm diameter. Shoulder diameter probably needs to be 61but a layer of insulation tape will absorb the small amount of play.

The recess should be 51mm now, I’ll double check though. Looks like the overall dia is close to the fixings so may reduce by 2mm

Busy day yesterday, took 4 attempts of disconnecting steering to get the steering wheel perfectly centred, but while I was under there, I finally decided to do some cutting. Teeth clenched:

So now I can do this!:

What is the point of contact with the ground? Make sure it is not the indicators!

In the photo, front of clamshell is resting on a folded sponge blanket, but next step will be sorting some kind of locking stays for when I am doing maintenance.

Don't know, but as soon as I saw the S2 on Wheeler dealers, I knew that was the colour I wanted .

A length of bowden cable with a hook on each end is all you need. thumbup

How do you keep it under control when the bonnet is closed?

Remove the cable, it's only for maintenance purposes hence the hooks.
