I do NOT yet have the ebooking details needed for each car to get in for £5 but dont worry, we have 40 places booked.
I would strongly advise that you do book hotel accommodation if you need it. There has been a good response to this event.
If you are intending to camp please bit patient for a little longer as that will be sorted with the ebooking of you and your car. (If you are intending to camp it would help if you let me know and I will contact the event organisers with approx number to try to ensure we can camp together)

The Aviator Hotel

Unfortunately there was a fire in the rear section of the top floor of the hotel block last night. The fire was contained to the outer edge of the building and all residents staying were evacuated safely, and we were able to relocate them to other hotels locally. The damage was limited to a small area of the building on the top floor and we hope to have all bedrooms online as soon as possible.
The Aviator bar and restaurant were unaffected and will be open as normal. The hotel building and the majority of the bedrooms are still available as normal.
I would like to thank the Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue service for the fantastic job they did in containing the fire, and to all of our staff that performed extremely well under pressure in difficult circumstances.

You do not need to book entry tickets as that will be done later for all who are exhibiting your car. Entry fee for entrants will be just £5 per car.

ANNUAL S OWNERS & ENTHUSIASTS GATHERING; (23) 24/25 September SYWELL CLASSIC Northampton.
We already have 23 cars booked in and several have now booked camping in addition to those who have booked local hotels. If you want to be added to the list please let me know. There are a good mix of long established owners and newcomers booked so it should be a good gathering.
BOOKING REMINDER; If you are booking a car with me you will be an exhibitor and will be added to our exhibitors list. You do NOT need to book and entry ticket at this stage. You will get admission for £5. You WILL however have to book your hotel or contact Sywell to book camping. No hurry, but I will need to know who is camping so I can try to arrange for us to be together.
(If you are attending but NOT with a car then you will need to book an ordinary a day or weekend ticket)
RAFFLE; we have normally tried to hold a raffle for a specified charity. We agreed that this would not be the responsibility of the lead organisers. Would anyone like to volunteer to take the opportunity to do a little fundraising for a charity? PLEASE!!
SOUVENIR/MOMENTO; we would like to reintroduce some form of momento for members who attend, if you wish. T shirt, commemorative mug/tankard or whatever. At cost obviously, although I may get some TVRCC support on this. First of all, do you want something and secondly your preference. Sywell have given me a nice artwork that could be incorporated.
