door rehanging
Discussion
I have taken photos of the top and bottom hinges, the central bolt appears to be the hinge bot, the outer two, when slackened allow the door to move backward/forwards and left/right.
to get the door card off I had to hacksaw the small bolt that goes through the door frame (one at the top of the armrest/door pull!, small 7mm nut completely rounded I'll sort that out later!
The window frame had the 4 self tappers on the leading edge and a 13mm bolt securing the frame to the leading edge of the door, should have also had another securing bolt at the base of the A frame securing it to the top edge of the door, mine was missing so at least I have found one rattle I can cure
My problem is still adjusting door fit, is this best done with the outer bolts slackened, door closed and the re-tightened? If so you'd have to be very flexible!!
