V8S in Classifieds for 20K ?
Discussion
I have an original March 92 price list here in the pocket of my anorak.
S3 Incl VAT £18230
S3C £20150
V8S £22687
Griff 4.0 £24802
Griff 4.3 £27206
400SE £27399 (Though why anyone would want one when the Grif was cheaper is beyond me!)
450SE £30764
If anyone sadder than me wants the price of options (eg wooden wheel & knob, side decals etc, let me know)
One of the reasons for the demise of the S was that as someone here said, it started out at hot hatch money and therefore excellent value (12k ish) but escalated rapidly as the years went by, to become not quite the affordable TVR it started out as.

I'm late to this thread (again) as I've been in the US all week.
20 grand seems way over the top. You can see a fair few V8Ss for the 10 to 13k mark in the club ads, if a car is really in tip top nick with full service history it might be worth 12 to 14k but no more.
Still if V8S prices are going to go through the roof who am I to argue.
