what tyre pressure?

what tyre pressure are people running on the 205/60 profile tyres? The owners manual suggests 24 but i am certain my string of punctures is partly down to this low pressure and this does seem v low as against previous cars.

Phil, the owners manual quotes 22psi all round and thats what I have always run my S1 and S2 on without a problem. I also confirmed this with David Batty when the S2 was last in with him. The manual recommends increasing this by 2-4psi for continuous high speed running but I've never found the need.

I'm running 22psi on the front and 24 at the rear... no problems so far (touch wood).

Does seem a little low, but then the car doesn't weigh a huge amount Shnozz...

The handbook for my S2 says 22psi all round, but I run 22 front & 24 rear. It's not low pressure for this type of tyre on this type of car.

Picked up a puncture (nail) last week.
Too much rubbish on the roads.
