There are a few in Belgium and Holland that were supplied in LHD.

Never heard of anyone doing this conversion, I imagine it will be quite expensive too as I do a lot of work on the S series and know what work will be involved.However drop it round with a blank cheque and I will see what I can do (alloy briefcase full of cash also accepted )
