having re-occuring problem with hose that runs from the fill chamber to the front of the engine.alternator belt keeps rubbing through it even though last time is was pulled back by tie wrap to clear it!has anyone same prob,was hoping to get some flexi hose but none of my local suppliers could help with that size bore.
Assuming your engine and cooling system are standard, it should be possible to cure this without major re-routing, it isn't a common problem. May need to tie the pipe back a little further to give room for the fan belt to flap around in? If you decide to take a more radical approach, ACT can supply all sorts of hoses.
