door lock mechanism

Anybody know where the door lock mechanism on an S1.5 comes from? I need to replace one of the little plastic clips that holds the rods together. I thought it might be sierra/ ford whatever, but a quick scout round the scrappy this morning wasn't very successful.(thought I'd finished with grubbing around in mud and rain for car parts )

Look in the direction of a 70's Ford as they use the same handles (i.e Mk2 Escort/Capri etc).A Ford dealer should be able to get the parts for you easily

I'll have a look in the local ford dealer, plastic clip for a mk2 escort can't be expensive, can it??
