Does any body know where the seats come from ?

Bespoke TVR I believe. ould love to know different though.

When I had mine retrimmed the only place I could get new diaphrams for them was TVR and then they didn't even have them. Had own ones made in the end.

Is it rusty frames or knackered upholstery then ??

A bit of both, just thought as they have got to be re-trimmed might as well go the hole hog and get two new ones.

Always worth checking the TVR breakers around to see whether they have got some Griffith or Chimeara seats sitting about as they are a straight swap.

I know a couple of S's around with Griffith seats in them as replacements.

The one set I saw were £600 for leather trimmed Griffith seats. By the time you have paid for retrimming etc etc you can be getting close to that kind of figure.
