Hi to all.
I'm a new boy and have owned my S3C for around 6months now. I have been to my local regional meet now (Mid Essex)on three occasions and apart from drooling over 35 other Tivs, there was only one other S type (V8S). Are there any others in Essex (I live in Upminster) so that we can meet up?

Welcome to the gang.
I know Engayne and Brentwood really well. The mid essex meet is on Sunday and will be a good time to show off your car. Even though some real fancy TVR's attend, you'd be surprised how much attention the S's get.
Give me a call and we'll meet up.

Tdf,

No it wasn't me, I am currently restoring my S2, and it will be off the road for about a year. Current summer motoring is in the wife's MX-5! (It's pretty good actually!)

We'll have to meet up. Having just bought a house, I am having trouble justifying keeping the S. My finances are naff and needs must. Meeting a few chaps now and then helps convince me.

Hi chaps.

I'm still around but finding it hard to justify having the S now that I've just bought a house! Basically, I don't have that extra cash left over at the end of the month that I could spend on the toy.
Still, I'm going to the mid-essex dinner on Saturday with my other half and will be getting plastered.

I am always interested in meeting up with fellow essex S's.

Mark - never been to the mid-essex meet...! So don't know a great deal! This month's meet has been moved to Great Totham Golf Club... Big M will have details or try and find the mid-essex site. Postcode of the place is CM9 8EA...
