So are we saying Thursday, say 6-6:30 some where near the station? Anybody got any suggestions? I don't know the area too well. Preferablly somewhere without bouncers on the door, as they have a tendancy to ask me for ID then not let me in.

I work in Francis Street off of victoria Street, I also know Rico, Slamm and Ehasler! If you want some advice on good pubs, don't ask me, only kidding....

The Cardinal, no music and german beers
The Litten Tree, music and lively people, gets busy though.
Zander/Bank, bar/restaurant, quite upmarket.
The Shakespeare, near Victoria station, lively.

Should be able to make thursday.

My vote would be for the Shakespeare pub near the station - zzr1200 - don't suppose you could post a link showing a map of where the pub is in correlation to Victoria please?

6:00-6:30pm this Thursday sounds good. Might be an idea to go straight to the pub - not sure how we'll recognise who is who, though a couple of us could wear a PH Le Mans T-Shirt - being bright yellow, it shouldn't be hard to miss!

What do you reckon?

Litten Tree is next to where I work. Almost and no, I don't mean the hairdressers.

If you look for the guy getting ID'd at the bar, that will be me. I shall be wearing a red carnation.

Really, just look out for the Short, Chinese person in a black overcoat and you can't go wrong.

I've got no real preferences, but I thought the Shakespeare would be a good meeting place if only for the fact that it's near the station and therefore easy to find...

Oi..Girls. Jamie and Rico!

I take it you'd prefer the heavy boys to stay away -
Tone, Big T and me!

Jamie - 50 notes coming your way soon. Thanks for that.. cheers

Brian,

I'm sure you're more than welcome to come, but the question is whether you can make it to the pub on the correct date!
