Alloy wheel refurb

Hi
I'm after having a set of 18 inch alloys refurbished.
They are a spare set so i dont want to pay top money. I cant do a mobile service as i dont have access to power where the wheels are.
Any where within 1 hours drive of London e5 ideally.
