Recomended tire balancing expert in London/North London?

If anyone is interested, I eventually went to 'The tire shop' in Loxham Rd, and they're brilliant, super profesional and tight, very happy afterwards - found them on the Hunter balancing machines website.

My "go-to" place for all things tyre and suspension related - worth the 4 mile journey on the North Circular.

Would it surprise you to hear it's owned and run by ex-Elite (Rainham) people?

Surely they should rebalance and exchange the defective tyre, but you've (I assume) paid out again for balancing and a new tyre??

Not strange at all. Some places are incompetent. I got my tyres changed once and was offered a ‘free’ alignment check. I thought, it’s free, what’s the harm?

Well, you’d be amazed to hear, my car needed an alignment. And despite using a Hunter laser alignment machine, my car drove worse afterwards. I went back twice and they just couldn’t get it right, so I gave up and went somewhere else to get it sorted. Was pretty stressful to get my car back to the state it was pre alignment. Lesson learned, if it ain’t broke…
